Introducing: if not for me

My breakout band of 2024 so far has to be If Not For Me. Hailing from Harrisburg, PA. and currently signed to Thriller Records, this young, 4-piece metalcore group sure are making waves in the scene. After discovering them on Facebook, I wasted no time kicking myself after having missed their show in my area (Columbus, OH) back in April on their album release tour for Everything You Wanted, their sophomore record. Let's park the bus there for a moment.
Everything You Wanted is chock-full of bangers. Their run away & hottest single off the record, "Feel Me Now" is first on their track list, and damn! What a song. It already has over 3 million plays on Spotify, and immediately made its way onto my playlist. It checks all the boxes for me when I take a liking to a metal track - clean verses, a catchy chorus, and hard riffs at the Bridge. A few others like "Blameless" & "Demons" are where you'll find your screams and heavy breakdowns. Great record!
Now, back to tour. Just a few weeks later after a short run supporting Electric Callboy, did the guys announce another tour this Summer, supporting Archers & Hollow Front. The best part? They're stopping in Columbus again on 6/24 at Ace of Cups. I will NOT be missing them play this time, guaranteed. We're even hoping to cover it.
Furthermore, INFM just announced they will also be supporting Set It Off on The Deathless Tour Part Two. Also joining on the package will be From Ashes to New, and New Year's Day. If Not For Me’s vocalist, Patrick, mentioned they are visiting a lot of cities they've never been to before, so be sure to secure a ticket. He was also kind enough to lend us the following comment:
"We’re honestly just so stoked to be along for the ride on this one. I personally feel like I’ve been watching all these bands crush it for over a decade at this point, and it’s just so sick to get the opportunity to do our thing alongside these guys in so many places we haven’t been to yet."
"Things have been insanely good for us lately and honestly, I don’t think it’s really hit us yet. Between the growing numbers and the tours and album reception and just watching our music touch more and more people, it’s all very surreal at this point so we’re just doing our best to keep grinding. I’m sure it’ll hit us eventually, but right now it just feels so wild to be witnessing the growth in real time. All we can do at this point is just be thankful for everything we have going on and to everyone out there believing in us, cause this is only the beginning."
Tickets go on sale Friday, June 7th at 10am EST. Check out the dates below!
